Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and handed to our courier.

Delivery timelines:

• Major cities (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi): 2–4 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping charges: Exact amount is calculated at checkout on every order.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all domestic orders.

Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and JazzCash/EasyPaisa. Orders paid via bank transfer or mobile wallet are shipped once payment is confirmed.

Order tracking: Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via [SMS/WhatsApp/email] to follow your order's progress.

Delays: While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (such as Eid). We'll keep you updated if your order is delayed.

International shipping: Currently, we ship within Pakistan only.
